1 Acknowledgment & Acceptance
Sport Cartoons Network operates the Service and therefore this Agreement is between you and Sport Cartoons Network. There is no charge or payment to be made by you for entering into the FREE MOBILE CONTENT SERVICE AT ANY TIME. We reserve the right to limit the Service registration to 5 FREE downloads per day for each customer.

2 Service Description
We offer you participation in a advertising sponsored service based on permitted marketing. After successful registration, you may receive advertisements, promotions or similar messages on your mobile phone.

3 Terms of Participation
Only individuals residing in the United Kingdom may register in the Service and become able to download Sport Cartoons Free Mobile Content. In addition, we reserve the right to limit certain messages, goods and services to customers aged 16 years or older and/or to decline any application to register to use the Service, in our sole discretion. Corporations and other business entities are not eligible for the Service. Free Downloads are limited to one individual per Service account and to use only one mobile phone number for their downloads. You agree to provide only true and accurate information to the Service (including to its advertisers and partners) at all times. If there are any changes to the registration information supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. You agree to comply with the terms of all the Service and Service advertiser and partner offers, promotions, and services at all times. You agree not abuse the free mobile download offer.

4 Termination of Agreement
For the Termination of this agreement to receive adverts from Sport Cartoons Network and their sponsors you need to send in writing a letter stating you do not want to be contacted in anyway from the Network or any of their sponsors the letter has to contain your name, email address and mobile phone number.

5 Participation in Promotions of Advertisers and Partners
Your correspondence with or participation in promotions of Service advertisers and partners, including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and the advertiser or partner. We assume no liability, obligation, or responsibility for any part of any such correspondence or promotion, including without limitation withdrawal or modification of any offer or promotion.


6 Proprietary Rights to Content
You acknowledge that Service content (including but not limited to text, sound, photographs, graphics, or other material contained in any Service communication, advertisements, or messages, whether by Sport Cartoons Network or our advertisers or partners), Service and software are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, and/or other proprietary rights and laws. Customers are only permitted to use content, Service, or software as expressly authorised by Sport Cartoons Network, its advertisers and partners, as the case may be. Except as expressly authorized by Sport Cartoons Network or advertisers, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service or the Software, in whole or in part.


7 Legal
This Agreement will be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England.
